Biznessapps mobile app developer

I am a reseller with [login to view URL] and online website where you can build mobile apps and websites. I would like to hire a developer to build an app for me. The app will have 15 pages, and I need someone with very strong graphic design skills in photoshop to use the software, design skills, and build this for me. The app will use 10 of the features from the app builder and also have 10 pages of content. You will simply need to use your HTML and design skills to add to the app builder. I do have samples of what I'd like completed. I have 3 more apps to developer after this, so if all goes well, will give you the other jobs too. Mobile developing experience isn't required, but understanding how mobile phones work is critical. This is a WYSIWYG editor built for non-designers and the average business owner, however I want it to look ultra clean and professional. If you have built on this platform before, please let us know and send screenshots. Please show any design skills you have and we'll award project based upon to quality designer. I'm looking to get bids in the $400 - $500 range and looking forward to an ongoing relationship. Typical time to create one of these is about 2 days of full time developing once you understand how the application works. Thanks for looking
