We are an boutique investment company, in need of a modern and professional logo design. We require an original, modern company logo in a unique font. We are big believer in using a high quality font type - so that the company branding reflects style, quality and distinction. Feel free to draw inspiration from luxury brands. We will require four (4) unique concepts to choose from. Once a concept has been agreed to, minor changes may be required. All final designs and concepts will be retained by the client, including any intellectual property right. As we are involved in property development - the branding must reflect style. Please include relevant examples with your bid. Only original design portfolio work will be considered, and finals supplied in suitable editable formats (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop).
