Design of a logo for website + head letter

We have an organization called "Quebec Lawyers Abroad". The website is at [login to view URL] "Avocats hors Quebec" means Quebec lawyers outside Quebec, or working abroad. We need to make a lgoo, maybe with letters AHQ or otherwise. There are 2 purposes: a) To put on the website, so it should be the same colors, more or less. The old logo is here: [login to view URL] This logo is in PNG and the new logo should replace it, so same format, size, etc. b) To put on our head letter...to send emails, letters in MS Word, etc. So, we need to be precise, neat, clean, different size and easy to put on a file (maybe transparent background?) We would like to have 3 to 5 different submissions of logos by the person chosen. We would like to see your previous work for these matters. Thanks.
