Design a Logo

We are in need of a logo design of a firm dealing with construction and engineering for the food industries. The name of the firm is "Шогурова & Филипов". The firm is in Russia. We need it to be in cyrilic like the way it's written above. You can try only with the main letters Ш&Ф, Ш-Ф The slogan will be " Консалтинговая & Инжиниринговая Компания ". If you can create something interesting with the "&" sign, it will be interesting. The sing will be in the logo and in the slogan, so if you can come with something original, we would like to see it. About the font - we need something clear and stylish. For example - we like the fonts of the law firms - where they put the last names of the lawyers. See atached pictures to see what we like. The firm will be dealing with construction and engineering , so you can try to add some motiv. We would like it to be in Cyrilic, but if you have good idea for english - it should be Shogurova & Filipov with the slogan :Consultancy and Engineering Company
