Dear Employer,
First of all, I would like to inform you that I do not speak Chinese although I have Chinese blood. However, in our present-day technology, hacking away the hurdles like language and culture understanding is not too difficult to do. I believe I can do this job.
If you would graciously give me this vision to work on, here is what I plan for my trajectory: I would gather all the data needed, do some brainstorming, concept boiling and some initial work on the illustration on the first day. At least three scanned pencil sketches of the logo would be send to you for feedback on the afternoon of the first day (Eastern Pacific time). If one of the sketches has been approved, I would proceed to finalizing it on a pc; if it is not yet approved, we'll work on other concepts. On the second day, I would transfer the sketches into a computer and try to work at it to fit into different platforms. At the end of the second day, I hope to send you the final vector file of the logo. The third day would be the allowance period if in case there would be some causes for the delay of the work. As you want it to be, I'll give my best for the logo to be simple, beautiful and versatile to fit into any medium whether on the web or in printed business cards, whether on full color or in grayscale.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you.
Be delighted to help you express your vision,
John
