Creative Logo Design Clean and Simple

Looking for a great-good designer / talented artist which can see the vision/goal and translate it to a clean and simple design. The company name is one word and logo is expected to have logotype and it's name. Attached on project some samples of concepts of interest which could lead into determining the best route. We are looking for moderate pricing being a start-up with no budget and somebody with good portfolio. When bidding please include how many concepts will be presented and proposed design process, revisions, etc. Delivery: Vector (illustrator,eps), Color Variations. During design and conceptualization, sketches of concepts of ideas are good if possible. To consider while designing: Logo could be use in stationary later, so simplicity and readability is key. It has to project what the company does.
