Award / Certificate templates and Logos(repost)

This project is for a designer rather than a coder. No coding work will be done in this project. I would like to offer award and certificate templates. There are a number of sites that carry templates, but I would like to offer one specific to my organization. ## Deliverables Objectives: 1) Design the templates (Number: Depending on price 20 - 40) 2) Design logos to import into the template (Number: 18-20) 3) Have spaces so members can import their own wording (ie Achievement, Outstanding Service, name of person, date, etc) Please break down: 1) per logo cost 2) per award/certificate cost 3) After I review the cost, I will provide a number of templates/awards to complete and you will have to offer a completion time. If you cannot provide a cost until you see my logos, please state in your initial reply. If I like your portfolio, I will post a zip with the logos I want completed and examples of the certificates. I would like my awards/templates will contain separate logo and template. In other words, you will not have to combine them in any way, only offer the borders and logos in different folders. I will also upload an example, if this is unclear. I already know there are borders in MS Word, so please do not attempt to use those. Template format: I am unsure about a template format. Seems that many examples use Microsoft Word. If you are unsure what this means, contact me.... Logo: I have several logos available, but none are of print quality. I tried printing them out and they look terrible on my laser printer. I have the logos but you would have to “update?? them or rebuild them. I am new here and looking for a long-term relationship with a designer. If everything goes well, I will have more work in the future. ## Platform Logo - Print quality logo in black and white. certificate/award: Microsoft Word or your suggestion. Will need to be able to place text boxes and places for the logos within the document.
