Alteration of PSD file for a Flash/Flex Application

We have a single screen flex application for which we need buttons and other images extracted from the PSD. We need to have someone very good with photoshop and has knowledge of flash/flex applications. You may be required to do small changes in the PSD files. One of the primary issues we are facing is that the PSD file wasn't layered correctly and so a number of images cannot be extracted without additional work, like buttons and other images that appear on a single layer. Additionally, our buttons were not designed for one or two states, but we need them designed for a couple more states (i.e. Mouse Hover, Click, Disabled) Hence there are four items needed: 1. Update the PSD so it is easier to extract the necessary images 2. Update the existing buttons/UI elements so that we can attribute multiple states to them 3. Extract the required images based on our requirements 4. Create a handful of UI elements that are missing. This is very small work since most of it is there. We will provide you with the original high resolution PSD file. We will also provide you with a prototype of our working application so that you can make certain modifications yourself. You must have a great eye for detail for what looks good and from the end user perspective, be able to work quickly and efficiently, be in constant contact with our lead programmer and provide him with output that he requires. Ultimately, solid communication skills and a good attitude. Work must be completed (including Feedback and Testing from us) within 1 week or less. We assume much of this will be part time work and then just testing and verifying that things are working well. Feel free to ask us questions when you place your bid.
