I have a ten page brochure, with the text content ready, and need a design, including photos. I am attaching a version that someone did that I am not happy with. I am looking for something more minimalist, but elegant, that demonstrates a solid understanding of design and typography. Once awarded, I can work with the designer to provide additional guidance. There is a graphic on page 3 that I would also like bids on, to be considered separately. Basically take the content/concept, and make it look more dynamic and visually appealing. So please provide a bid on the brochure design and the also another for the graphic (I may leave out the graphic). Please let me know reliably how long it will take for you to complete.
