Design a Banner

We are a small business seeking an experienced graphic designer to compose: Banners / slider for an ecommerce website and marketing materials. Designer should have a fashion forward esthetic eye. Regular part time work if we like you (guaranteed min hours) - All Product images will be supplied via DropBox. -An example of the type of quality and esthetic is attached Duties: -Combine and manipulate photos, create masks, adjust perspective, correct tones and color, retouch, and design/create images. -Must have the ability to perform creative work under very tight deadlines and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects. Skills and knowledge: -Must Be Proficient in Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Drobbox,and Flash is a plus. -Basic knowledge and understandings of web layouts, usability issues between browsers, and designing interactive user interfaces. -Have a strong art direction and graphic design background. -Understanding of style guidelines, the design process, and creative workflow. -The ability to take a project from concept to completion. -Strong communication (visual, verbal and written) and presentation skill. -Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to execute designs efficiently and at a high level of quality.
