Banner design for step-by-step process (mockup required)

I need a banner (900x400px) to illustrate a step-by-step process of claim submission Step 1: Sell the item (eg. cellphone) Step 2: Submit the claim thru' our website Step 3: Check the status from history Step 4: User check their bank statement to verify the deposit It shouldn't contain any copyrighted materials and I'll own the copyright of the design. Before I award the project to you, you need to send me a real mockup/sample of the banner design for me. Without this, your bid will NOT be considered. Once again, without sample design of my banner, your bid will be ignored. So make sure you prepare the mockup before bidding this project. I don't accept your old design/sample/portfolio. I prefer you to design using Photoshop but feel free to use other software. PM me if you need more information.
