CMS website design and build

I would like a website for a product to be sold online. I have a logo but need site design and some graphics for the page. It should include. - A CMS for content adding and editing (Joomla, Drupal….) - A download form (User send a request for a download, we authorize the user before they get the download link) - All forms to have a security capatcha ([login to view URL], members, download request) - All users tracked by IP - All downloads tracked by IP - Google Analytics included - A private members section for help requests - A FAQ - SEO compliant links and site design - Page links | Download | Support | How XXX works | Contact Us |About US | Login | Signup |Resellers | Sitemap | Terms and conditions | Please contact me via PM for more information and some example site I like. I would like to see a sample mockup before deciding. My terms are: 1: Complete and fully-functional as well as complete commented source code of all work done. 2: Short weekly (one or two sentences) written updates on your progress and ETA. 3: If I do not hear from you for 2 weeks the project is canceled with no payment. 4: 50% in escrow when you begin. 5: You create a working copy, I test it for 2 days. Supply you a list of issues, pay 50%. 6: You fix the issues. I test for 2 days. 7: If all is correct I pay the remaining 50% ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The hosted server is a linux system. I do not have admin to the hosted server.
