customizing existing flash menu

We want to customize an existing flash menu that we have on our website. We have the source on the existing flash menu and we want to add an drop down animation when the user hoovers on the menu. (see file attached for a detailed description) ## Deliverables 1. one HTML page containing: - A button to switch language of the Flash - The top menu that interacts with the Flash - The Flash files (two different size, same behavior) 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
