Developing small websites with content/design/links

Hello, this project is very simple: design & develop a very small easy website with content+feeds+advertising. i will pay 100U$ to 200U$ per site, depending on the work/type site/content and ultimately: the outcome. we can discuss this further. i have many parked domains on which i want to develop small websites with strong images/advertising and content (incl. design-links). The domain names are about anything you can imagine : translation / business / adult / phones / etc etc if we establish a good relationship, we will share much more information and you will be able to pick up many new domain projects easily as we reserved a good budget for these domains every once in a while. you can consider the websites (very)small-sized webproject, however, i want the visitor to be impressed within a second. the site must offer a content menu. 75% of the visitors will come from search engines. therefore, we also need minimal but good seo efforts to the site. no more. we need feeds(good informate/related feeds) and other additional web-plugins to generate actuality and news on these sites. the advertising (mostly adsense) must blend in perfectly. So, the (expected) required skills: - image design/photoshop/flash - as you will have to make good designs related to the topic/domain - html / php / etc - for building the site - seo + marketing - you must be able to understand the project from a marketing (business) perspective. - feeds / articles / news - you will have to implement and work with these. - wordpress / blog - some sites will require blogging - forum - we want to put a forum on some sites (u dont need to master them all, as we are looking for more then 1 provider) if you win this project, we will hand over at least 10 of these small time websites. because of the many domains, we might wanna hire more then 2 or 3 different providers. if you (or we) suggest to add articles and other forms of external work/material, we will take care of that, if needed. we want to have close contact with you (skype/email/any messenger) or even phone. we dont like to rush, but we dont like slow and waiting as well. be serious. know u can do it. and u should consider this 'extra work/job', but do it good. happy bidding, regards, sebastiaan
