Decimal NGO Website

The project is to create the home website for a non-profit - Decimal. Please see the website: [login to view URL] Our idea for the website is similar, though not the same. We are looking at creating a row of decimal points, and each decimal point, when clicked on, will tell a story. This will be created on Flash, and the story content, pictures and videos will be posted here. This fairly simple platform is aimed at telling the story of how this NGO made a difference in people's lives. Also, some additional flash animation might be needed for other supporting pages (about us, careers, HR etc). We are a new start up non-profit organization and are willing to hire new providers, provided the final product is impeccable. This is a fairly simple project with very few pages. The flash at the beginning is the only part that will require any expertise and time.
