Animated Character Design

Hi Designers, I would like to hire a designer for a platform game. This is part one of the project. I would like a Character created from the side view (running from right to left) that has a run cycle and jump animation (similar to how the classic Mario games are although real great graphics!) I would also like two enemies to be made that will simply walk in one direction. (walk not run and will not need the jump either). The files will ideally be vector (if not please let me still see your designs - you will just have to make them bigger to start with) so that I can increase the size as needed and can be provided in a Flash FLA. file where I will extract and export the individual frames into my project. These will need to be compatible with Flash CS4. (if you need to code the animation then that is fine - I will not use that code because it will be used in an iOS App). For the theme of the character I would like it to be super cool graphics and something kind of fantasy like, a hero, a cartoon charcter I will let you you your own imagination here. Please submit a sample of the character and the winning design will get awarded and then commissioned to make this animated run and jump animations. I am looking for somebody that can continue the project and make other game elements in the same style, backgrounds, platforms, coins etc after completion of this project. (You may also throw the odd game element like a platform with coins to collect as a sample of the next part of the project you will also be working for me on).
