Introduction. Thank you for the opportunity to bid for your Project ID no. 9375877 "Do some data entry". Below is my plan for project implementation, and cost and time estimates. Plan for Action This is a web search, data entry and copy and paste assignment. I am well conversant with internet searches, word, excel, copy and paste tasks using computer. The total days proposed to finalise the assignment is 3 days. I will adopt the following approach. (a) Review original contents. The original contents (whether scanned PDF handwritten document or internet search. (b) Review texts: I will review the texts to be computed into excel in order to guide in setting the columns and rows. (c) Set headers for rows and columns. I will provide appropriate headers for columns and numbering for rows. (d) Copying and pasting: Starting from the top and following the arrangement of the original document, I will enter the records into appropriate cells of excel. (e) Checking and confirmation: Once entry is completed, I will check the typed excel sheets for accuracy and completeness against the original document. (f) Client contact: I will submit the completed spreadsheet together with the source document to the client for review and approval. (g) Correction and final document: I will incorporate minor comments from the client (including field setting, arrangement through geographical or alphabetical order (as requested)). Final document incorporating comments made will be submitted.
