We are a start-up company looking for someone, with previous experience in MLM compensation plan design, to build-up a whole and unique compensation plan for distributors. We do not imagine the whole plan itself, so we need a person ready for cooperation and creative solutions. Before start we wish to have a short talk to confirm your level of experience. I require a mlm compensation plan created. I would like it to be a unilevel/hybrid plan with bonuses, increased commission with advanced rank, and would like advice on how to encourage teamwork through a unilevel comp plan. Experience in designing mlm comp plans required, along with a great understanding of what makes a good comp plan. This is not a request for software or programming.
