we can import the data in the in all format and show it in any format with any filter .. done this before and can do it now for this project

I have worked on several such projects and would like to do a similar one for you. Proposal: I would propose you to get this task simple by using an excel sheet. I can create an excel sheet where you can add data and all the information will be updated automatically, or by clicking a button. So, whenever yo sell anything, just enter it in excel and all tracking is done by excel. When you receive the payment (or the product back), update the excel accordingly. Excel can tell you pending payments, pending deliveries etc. You can add further functionality where you add the purchase of products also, so you can always see the stock in hand for each product. If you maintain a reorder point for each product, excel sheet will show which product you need to purchase when by different colors.

i think u need a data base management system for all your products. i'll provide u with a c application in which u can maintain your data and from that application all your data get saved in excel file. by such an application u can any details of the product which is entered.
