We have an existing business report that is created in microsoft word and converted to a pdf. We would like the report to be created in an excel document rather than word so that the formulas calculate automatically. We need the formatting of the document to be the same as it appears in the word / pdf document. There are a number of charts that are used throughout the business report that are generated out of an existing excel spreadsheet. We would like the new report and the existing excel to be merged into the one excel file as part of the process. I have provided the pdf version of the finished report (word can be provided if required) as well as the existing excel spreadsheet that contains the data used to help generate the report. The completed excel document will be loaded into google spreadsheets so any development considerations should take this into account. Thank you.

Hi, I have over 10 years of experience in handling different formats of data and create robust MIS reports using excel. I would request you to provide more clarification on the project so that i can have better understanding on the requirement. what is he current structure of the report in Word? what are the different input data source? what are the validations in place currently before the final report is generated? Is the report directly generated in word or using any other software? If my bid is accepted, i would take 5 days to complete the report. one day to understand and conceptualize, two days to generate the report and two days to validate the final product.
