Your task in this assignment to write a C program which automatically recognizes a letter in a image. This program is to be embedded in a new smart-phone app which will read signs for the visual impaired. The input to your program will be a black-and-white image which has been capture by a mobile phone camera. Your program will analyze the image and print some attributes described below. Your program will then print the letter the image contains. Your will write a C program named image2letter.c Your program will be given one command line argument a filename. The file will contain a black-and-white 20x20 square image containing 400 pixels which are either black or white. The image will contain a single lower case letter. Only letters in the second half of the alphabet ('n' to 'z') will appear. The letter will appear as black pixels. The remainder of the image will be white pixels. The letter may appear anywhere in the image. It will not necessarily be centered. It will be correctly oriented (i.e. the right way up). You are given C which reads the image file and returns an array of ints. Black pixels will be represented by the value 1, white pixels will be represented by the value 0. Your task is to write C code which examines this array of ints and then determines which letter is present. As determining which letter is present is a difficult task, part of the marks for this assignment are for analyzing the image and printing its attributes.
