Hello Sir, I am an Electronic and Telecommunication final year undergraduate from Sri Lanka. I just finished my Internship where I had to work with BLE modules and weight sensors. So I think I can handle this project. And tell me more about the number and type of sensor that you intend to put in the design. Depending on that the project may vary, in terms of time required and quotation. (Esp if there's a large number and/or complicated sensors) I will probably finish this circuit design very soon, 14 days were quoted in the safe side because I only work part time for online projects. This time we develop non standard and extrs small device base on BLE4.0. now we on production our PCB LAYOUT stage and we will be glad to take your project. Unlike most other developers we are practician and create real devices. This is specially important in the case of work with wireless devices which work on the high frequencies. Cause even small mistakes in the PCB design can lead to fail of whole device which has correct software and electrical schematic. There is two main way in the BT development: 1) to use CSR (or ISSC) chip and create own design 2)to use ready made Bluegiga module We have to discuss this and other moments in the case what are you oriented on. I have already worked on BLE based project. The chip is microcontroller+BLE and the size of the overall PCB is 50mm x 30mm.
