I have produced drawings for 3D printing a number of times for both my own projects as well as for other's projects. I have seen the image you have attached here, It is pretty simple and It will hardly take an hour to be done. I have even worked on 3D printing machines so I know that although mostly machines accept drawings in stl format but still some machines accept input in different formats. so just confirm me the format in which you want drawings to be and you would get them ready to be given for 3D printing.
