Have Created upto 11KV Spike generator using analog Circuits. What i understand is You need to create 7kV Spike on both Positive & negative cycle of 380VAC line... It can be done.... Lets chat

Hey! Your power supply is 380VAC. We could use step up transformer to increase voltage and then we could use filter then We could reach to your desire supply 7KV, I've created 10KV. It's great to see you here.
