Analog Input Design changes

I love solving complex problems of analgoue electronics, and I'm really good at this, I think. I have a lot of experience with ultra-precision voltage and current sources design. I can look at a project both as a whole and focus on the details. Also, I am convinced that I have the ability to correct other people's designs, because I can improve the necessary details only, without changing the correct parts, even though it does not agree with my vision of such design. In this job, I expect you giving me schematic and describing what is wrong with it, and what are you expectations are. I probably ask some questions, and send back improved circuit diagram.
