Hi, Please check out my project portfolio for 600lm WIFI bulb design. https://www.freelancer.com/u/songshan99.html?page=portfolio I assume you don't need any wire-less connectivity function and that'll make things much easier. But even if you do need that, my existing design can be easily reused. The design uses low-cost buck IC solution and can be made very compact. The inductor is only EE13 and can be reduced to EE10 depends on the power rating. Please feel free to contact me for further details if you are interested.
