Battery management circuit

Hello, I need to develop a small battery management circuit (5 V charge/ 5 V power supply) integrating a microcontroler and a RTC for driving a solid state relay at the end of the power output. The circuit is described in the attached PDF. I need to load quickely a single cell Lipo and LiFePO4 (or several cells in parallel), and having an output current of 2A or a bit more (<5A) at 5 volts. The circuit as to be as small as possible. I nedeed the eagle files, the gerber files and the BOM, and I woud like to have an offer for a proto and small series (10 -100 -1000 pces). If possible, draw a version with cms and an other with dip components. Feel free to contact me for further information.
