Hi, I have quite a bit of experiance with small RF boards, and would be intersteding in chatting more about your project. I've looked at the "T" pcb you listed, and your version of it, should be quite a simple PCB... My bid is a placeholder so we can chat. You want the circuit and PCB designing for a similar breakout board. I believe you will give the components list and connections, but does that include passives and supporting circuitry? (Level shifters, voltage regulators, decoupling capacitors, resistors, etc.) I have decent experience with RF designs, so I can help you with impedance matching, antenna positioning, microstrip wire and all, but I believe the BLE module selected already has an on-chip antenna, so that might not be required.
