Database research and development

Hi :) I am looking to develop a large database of herb cures for conditions and illnesses. Input: Customer adds in my search box an illness eg: flu When they click search and it searches our database, within our database will be flu with the related output which will be herb, spices and holistic type cures. So for example: Input> flu Output: Lemon, Honey, Ginger etc So you will need to research and find a large directory and/or database and then extract it into the right format we can use for our search queries. Eg: Illness name | Herb name (to cure Illness) | Biological name | Description of herb/parts used | active compounds | Dosage I am pretty sure there are already large free directories which can be downloaded, mined and data developed how we need this... any ideas or better ways forwards let me know? Basically> The job needs you to research and find the best database for illnesses and herbal-spice cures. Then have it in a format that we can use when a website visitor uses the search box.. they will input a condition or illness and the output will be the herbs that can cure it. Thanks!
