You could use Visual Basic 6.0 for developing a customized application which has the ability for reading Access 97 MDB Files. It has the ability for exporting all of your tables to any type MS Office document such as Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, etc. Also, what kind of visualization you require? Will it graph, chart, or else?

The site won't let me bid lower, but I have some custom software for converting files to Excel; if it works on one of the most complex of your sample files, I'm happy to do this for less.
