Data Parsing & Formatting - MS Excel

We need three macros created in MS Excel to parse and format .csv files. I have attached two files to explain the requirements of the project. The "Project Details" file explains the three different macros and the requirements of each one. The "Example" spreadsheet shows a "Raw Data" worksheet showing the format of the file we start with. There are two additional worksheets, "Formatted Entities" and "Formatted Individuals" which shows what the finished file should look like after running the macros.
