Data entry - need craigslist.org expert poster

We need an expert craigslist poster to post 1-10 html ads successfully in the following “housing offered > real estate - by owner” ([login to view URL]) section. I need someone who can not only post but be creative enough to create these ads based off my excel template which will have all the necessary information except for the ads title. The title of each ad will need to be created/modified so the ads can be lived accordingly. All replies should be forwarded to a specific email address. Report A daily status report need to be supplied of the lived ads on a daily basis preferably by excel spreadsheet upon completion. Budget $0.10-0.50 per lived ad .
