Copy typing into MS WORD document - Repost - open to bidding

Need about 10000 words typed up into Word document. Have images of pages that i can upload to a drop box and two pages are attached for your information. Need this done in 3 days. No mistakes! It is straight transcribing as well as some formatting. There are some illustrations in the document however these are not required. Only typing.
