Copy structured information from 11 PDF files into MS Access (Copy-paste only)

A range of PDF files contain in total about 1000 numbered paragraphs which need to be copied into a table in an existing MS Access database The required information to be copied and mapped to the MS Access database include: page : page number (as indicated on the PDF document, not the physical page count) of the beginning of the numbered item ref_no : reference number of the item section : this is the compound section number following the document structure. Follows also from the bookmarks included in the PDF title_1, title_2 ... title_5: the title of the section. Note, that there can be a hierarchy based on the document structure (section, subsection etc.). The hierarchy needs to be input for each data entry ([login to view URL] row), to the relevant level reg_text: this the text of the entire text of the numbered paragraph containing the full text (including any bulleted items, subparagraphs, etc, but without any footnotes) until the following numbered paragraph. Using Adobe Reader or similar, the text should be copy-pasted from the PDF to the database to avoid any errors and to be efficient. The output should be one table per PDF document in the MS Access database containing all the paragraphs. No coding / editing required, just copy-paste. Availability of PDF reader and MS Access is however necessary.
