Hi Magnus I have a finance background which I feel would be beneficial with this kind of project. I am unable to give you any specifics with regards to how they would apply to your project as there isn't a file attached. In additioan to my financial background I have an advancced knowledge of Excel and have used it to create detailed reports from raw data. An example of this is creating a number of detailed reports based on the raw data of over 40,000 colleagues. The reports detailed historic head count movements within the business and utilised a tool (which I developed) that forecatsed head count movement based on data provided by the business. More specifically I can provide you with a sample file showing how I would show a detailed P&L & Balance sheet from a raw monthly ledger balance report. Unfortunately I cannot see any attached file to a detailed assessment but, based on the details you have provided, I think 4 days should be enough time to draw up 10 reports.

I work in customer service/complaints in a quality assurance capacity in my work life. I have done these types of spread sheets for my bosses and we use all of them to this day because they are so easy to use. Please take a look at my portfolio to see a spreadsheet that I have created, that automatically updates 3 different reports when one piece of information is entered. Created your 10 reports will be no issue as long as you are willing to answer questions about how you want the information displayed. For some reason the files you mentioned are not available. I am still confident that this assignment should not pose a significant challenge. I spend most days at my full time job updating graphs, and creating templates to make updating them even easier. The end result of this project should be that you only have to add the new data, and then the graphs automatically update.
