Dashboard Spreadsheet Widget

We are looking to get a "widget" developed possibly in Flash that sits on a users desktop and "pulls in data" from a file hosted on our server. Currently the file is an excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is a dashboard for monitoring employee performance. Please post samples of widgets like this you have completed before. You must be experienced in this kind of work. We would also look to you for advice and ideas for developing this widget or other widgets in the future. I am open to suggestions to improving the dashboard and making the widget available on all desktops in the company. Attached is the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet needs some work to finish the formulas and possibly some graphs. We look forward to hearing from you.
