Custom skin for phpBB 2.0.8

Greetings. I am looking for a custom built phpBB 2.0.8 skin that matches my website vietlibrary.com. Currently, there are two styles of skins out there that I really like, you can check them out to have an idea what I am looking for. One is from [login to view URL] (both in style and color schemes) and the other one is [login to view URL] (style). I only need the skin. I've already have my own logo so I don't need it. The skin's encoding must be in utf-8 and the [login to view URL] must be saved in UTF-8 because other wise the skin wouldn't be able to display Vietnamese. I know that making a custom skin that fit my needs is very hard, but my budget is kind of low right now, so the price range that I am looking for is around 60 - 80 USD. However, if I am satisfied with the project, I will definately go back to order a couple more in the future. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.
