Decrypt Code

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in my country is trying to help solve a murder. The murder was committed by a person and they have not caught him. However, he did leave a note that is encrypted. So far, the FBI has not been able to crack this code. I know there are some brilliant people on this website. Unfortunately, the FBI does not offer a reward for breaking this encrypted code. So, I wish to do what is best for man kind and offer a small reward of $50 for anyone who can break this code. The reward is not big but you would be helping solve a terrible crime in my country. As far as I know, the note is written in English. It is not easy to read, but once you transcribe the letters and symbols, you can easily work with it. Thanks and good luck!
