Correct and Create Real Estate Web Site Property Descriptions

I need to have the descriptions of real estate properties for my client created based on pictures and the current descriptions. There are currently under one hundred properties but they all need to be reworded. This will be a on going project when new properties are added to the site. The current data about the property, the description plus the images will need to be used to create a new well formated description, including the amenities for the property.
