Copywriting - Pet Product Category Descriptions

This is an easy copywriting project. It is not technical and does not require extensive research. However, it does require a creative writer who can craft meaningful, interesting and well-formed sentences and paragraphs. So, if you find the sentences below to be acceptable, or even if you hesitate slightly in finding a problem, please do not submit a bid. “John and Sally drove there car to the state fare.” “Throw that dog over the fence a bone.” “Its a beatifull day in the neighborhood.” I’m not kidding. I don’t mean to sound like a jerk. However, my past experiences in trying to find a competent writer through GAF has left me disappointed, frustrated and jaded. I have posted this project or similar projects four times in the past. I have encountered either unscrupulous people who lie about their talents or talented people who fail to live up to their commitments. Each time, despite well-written initial presentations, it has been a big waste of time. The first writer as a self-proclaimed SEO copywriting expert. He churned out dribble, such as “Looking for widgets? We have the best widgets. We have red widget, blue widgets, green widgets and widgets of various colors. Buy your widgets from us.” The second writer stole work from another web site. When I confronted the writer with the plagiarism that he was trying to pass off as his original work, he withdrew from the project. The third writer also plagiarized. When he was given a second chance, he plagiarized some more. The fourth writer, after completing less than 10% of the work and three week past due, decided to abandon the project. If you are up to the task, here’s what I need. . . I need 12 creative and engaging descriptions of various dog and cat product categories for a website. I will supply the topics/categories. The topics are non-technical (e.g. dog bowls, memorial stones, etc.). The writing should not mention specific products. It is most important that you can write in a natural, free-flowing style. The style should be friendly but not “cutesy.” Each category description must be between 400 and 600 words in length. The work must be ORIGINAL, professionally-written with proper US English. I will emphasize this again - the work must be ORIGINAL, professionally-written with proper US English. I do not want to correct grammar, spelling or punctuation. Your work must be: * Professionally written using proper US English including proper grammar and punctuation. * Written with SEO in mind in a natural and coherent fashion. * Entirely ORIGINAL. No plagiarism. * Each article/category description must be 400 to 600 words in length. * Written in WORD (doc) or email format. * Project completed within 2 weeks after awarded. Topics for each of the category descriptions will be provided once the project is awarded. I will also supply some keywords/phrases for each topic to, hopefully, provide greater direction. Descriptions must be submitted for review as completed. All work must be approved before it is accepted. If a category description does not meet required specifications, the writer is obligated to re-write to bring it up to standard. The work must not have been previously published. I will own any and all rights regarding the writing. You may not publish, sell or otherwise distribute any part of the writing. ONLY BIDS FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO PROVIDE SAMPLES OF THEIR WRITING WILL BE CONSIDERED. Although samples on animal-related topics are preferred, any previous work is acceptable.
