Audio Transcripts

Bid description We have six hours of an audio interview that needs to be transcribed into a question answer format. The Interviewer’s name is: Bill Schuurmans (The guy asking the questions) The person being interviewed is: Charles Ryder We would like our names to be posted next to each question, and each response. Whoever bids needs to speak, write, and understand English fluently. Coder must agree that once transcript is given back, if there are obvious mistakes, than there will be no revisions and the job will go to someone else. Few and Small mistakes are one thing, but if there are big, obvious mistakes the job will be cancelled and will go to someone else. We will evaluate the coder on a fifteen minute sample of our audio which is due the same day the coder accepts the job. If we are not satisfied with the 15 minute sample, than coder must agree to forfeit the job. We are easy to work with, but it is very important that this project gets done correctly, and in a timely manner, this is why we have these stipulations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform we want it in a word doc
