Business Plan needed for diet website Startup I require a business plan for my Diet and weight loss website which is still under construction. Websites with a similar look and feel and tools can be found at www.waterfrontmedia.com. I would need your guidance to take charge and walk me through the process. You are also required to do comparative study on the Softwares and Solutions avilable online to start this business, your suggestions are important. I also need detailed Analysis for this business, including Marketing and Promotional Strategies. you must provide guidance and information to me on what’s needed to assist you if information is needed from me. MUST have excellent English grammar. Must have done a number of business plans before. Please provide examples of your work and experience. Do a costing of service offered and take into account risk factors, research competitors, prices, service etc. Looking for team to be responsible for the business planning (private investors, market analysis, etc.) Business plan, marketing plan. Require someone with experience in developing a BP to attract private investors in order to build capital. The plan should be short (max.15 pages) and to the point, include the following items: • Description of the idea • Outline of the product / services • The business model • Current operational status of your company • CV / bio’s of your team / founders. • Basic needs assessment – what you think you need to move to the next step • Detailed 6 month outlook – liquidity, people, development process etc. • Sketchy 18 month outlook – where you think the company is heading. *Possessing knowledge in diet websites and market trends and subscription based have an advantage.
