cold fusion and database code for add-on to existing site

Need to add employment section to current website. Front end is already coded, just need to add an additional section to the site admin for adding/editing/deleting new positions, as well as a submission form for users to apply to the job - including position title (preferably pre-popped based on position user accesses the form from), name, email, phone, ability to attach pdf or .doc of resume, as well as a text area to cut/paste plain text version of resume). All info would be sent in an email, as well as stored in DB (pdf or doc would be stored in folder on server and email would contain link to the doc). So, job would include admin work to add/edit/delete job posting, as well as changes to code for the main employment page, the individual job posting pages and the application form.
