Audio book reader

Open app and take picture of the front cover of a book, teh app then recognizes the title of the book and links to an udio book, a complete reading of the whole book. App has access to a massive library of audio books. Helpful for the dislexic and reading impaired. Good for getting an understanding of a book quicker than usual if reading ability is slow or impaired. Once scanned the book doesnt need to be taken around everywhere to scan every time you want to listen to the book. Once scanned the audio book will be saved in your app library. I need someone to create the software,codes and technological needs to create the app.
