CraigsList Posting Expert Required

Please do not bid or consider until you have read the entire project listing detail below. We will pay only $1 for each ad posted, and with each ad you post, it must include unlimited renewals for 3 months or as long as Craigslist allows. You will report the status of what was posted with a shared google drive file. Bidder must be capable to use proxies and guarantee listings will not be flagged. Flagged listings will not be paid for, and if listings which were paid for become flagged, you must issue me credit. Include with your bid or offer the amount you would charge for each individual craigslist listing, which must including maintaining and renewing as frequently as possible until the listing sells. We have many listings of properties which must go up on craigslist for sale by owner. Our listings have easily become flagged, and we are uncertain as to why. We need someone who is an expert to list our ads for real estate in specific cities, various cities all over the country, and to maintain all the ads. This includes renewing the ad as frequently as craigslist allows (every two days), as well as assuring that the ad is never flagged or taken down without our consent. If the ad is flagged or removed, it must immediately be replaced somehow by you. That is a part of your responsibility in this job and agreement. When a property is sold, you must also deactivate it immediately when informed. You will be given a list of properties which we currently have available to start. These will include title, description, and photos to use all ready for you to take from our website. We want our ads to include our phone number of course, or a phone number which forwards to us. Whoever bids on this project must have expertise with craigslist, know how to avoid having ads flagged, and be familiar with their terms of use so that we never have violations or issues that cannot be resolved. You must be versatile, and able to consult with us and find a satisfactory solution to whatever obstacles we may come across. We will want to only pay one time for each listing placed, not a monthly fee. When you place your bid and include a comment, please mention how much you will want per post including unlimited renewals for 3 months per ad, and maintenance as described above, with a specified duration. This has significant growth potential if a good job is done.
