Cartoon Head

I need two things: 1. I cannot use the attached image because I didn't create it and there are copyright issues, but it is a cartoon head of a person so I need it to look like the same person. So basically I need an artist to recreate the image so that it is similar enough so that it looks like him, but not a copy of the original. The background needs to be transparent. 2. I need a cartoon top hat with a background that is also transparent. I need this given to me in eight different shades starting from white and going to black with gray in between.
