Website Made using Jimdo and needs fixing CSS etc

We are using [login to view URL] to create our website: m e d i t a t i v e f i t n e s s . d e We are using the custom template provided by Jimdo. Somehow the problems are and needs fixing: 1. Make the banner carousal with left and right arrows 2. when you view the website in mobile like iphone in vertical mode, the text blocks stars to overlap. The boxes of text are not of the same height. 3. The menu does not work properly in mobiles. Make it green color also. 4. Add facebook/social media share on the left as a slider. 5. For mobiles, add the English and Deutsch not part of the menu but as country flags on the page. So, please have a look. The backend of jimdo allows modification of the css/templates. Once you confirm, we get started immediately and I share the login details with you. Best, Angel
