Code a Website from pre-designed Illistrator and Photoshop files

please read entire post before bidding.... save yourself and me time... We have a website designed in illustrator and need it coded out. We also have an existing NodeJS site that has several javascript functions and calls. We need those calls added to your coded finished product. 4-5 Pages total. This is not just pure HTML and CSS, we have a NodeJS WebApp, you will be expected to not only put a HTML form on a page , but also link up the onclick= to run the expect script. you will NOT have to code the script. the scripts and site already function perfectly. we are just giving it a face lift and had a new design made. to save time we need someone to translate the design (in illustrator and psd files, all assets vector or high res rastor) links to existing websites are a must. If you respond with skill sets not required you will be ignored. If I see Ruby or C++ mentioned in your bid on this page I will block you.
