Basic Responsive/Mobile Ready HTML Templates for mass page site builder

We have a requirement to build unique desktop/ responsive mobile ready templates that work with a mass page site builder. You will not be required to code these templates. YOU need to supply these templates. We are looking for 20 templates to begin with and will then be looking to get another 50 each month. This is not really a coding job but you need to know how to code. Your job is to get these free templates (they can be simple HTML templates or Wordpress templates (that are mobile responsive ready and you rip those with a tool like [login to view URL]) - the choice is yours. We just need unique templates. You job will be to insert the tokens (that our mass page site builder uses) into the Head Section and Body sections of these templates, so that when we build pages with our software, it will resolve the data into the template correctly. This project is not super urgent, but we do need someone who can be dedicated to the task and also be available to continue making these templates on a monthly basis. We are needing to build up a library of at least 500 unique templates over time. Sometimes this will mean using existing template but using the Tokens differently throughout the templates. The point is we need lots of unique templates. There are currently about 60 Unique Tokens that can be used with our software. You would NOT be using all 60 Tokens in any one template. There would be Tokens that are used over and over again but the point will be that the templates make use of lots of different tokens to make them unique. These tokens range from doing things like adding common HEAD tags like Title, and all available Meta Tags and in the Body section, turning on and off Caps as well as other more advanced functions. All tokens are very well documented so you would be able to look at the token list prior to agreeing to take on the project. When you bid on this project - please make the opening words in your bid response say: "Tokens inserts not template coding..." followed by what else you want to say. This way we will no you bothered to read our requirements and did not make a default bid without reading what we need. Don't waste your template with placeholder bids. The requirements are very clear. Also - if you cant commit to ongoing template building - don't bother bidding. We need a Freelancer who can do this work ongoing for us.
