We have installed a basic CRM software and we need someone who knows the software to be able to strip out the stuff we dont need. We are a distrubution business and our leads come from four sources:
1. Direct Enquiry
2. Trade Shows
3. Head Office Referral
4. Recommendation (Fellow Distributor/Existing or potential customer/Professional)
Once an enquiry is created, we then follow up with phone calls, emails, quotes etc and we would like the ability to update the record to show who spoke tot he customer last and what was said, if we are to call back then a task set for that date.
